Tantric massage reveres the human in all its facets as divine and perfect. Through the body, it touches the soul, and welcomes its expression and emotions. Every cell of our body is appreciated, sensitized and nourished with loving attention. This opens a space, not easy to explain with words. You have to feel it to realize the magic. One weekend we will take the time to open this space and to go deeper and deeper into it.
We will give to you a tender and at the same time profound instruction for the ritual of classic tantric massage. Thereby we will accentuate and explore both poles: to give and to receive. We will give the complete massage sequence, so that on the end everyone will be able to give a complete massage and has come to enjoy the pleasure of receiving.
Personal borders and process will be appreciated and respected.

VENUE & ACCOMMODATION
The workshop takes place in our house in the beautiful village of Estellencs close by the sea, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains. So it’s very private, cosy and down to earth.
Overnight accommodation is possible in our house. More infos we send you on request.

SELF-CATERING
We feed ourselves in the surrounding restaurants during the breaks. Our kitchen can be used by everyone for cooking and meal preparation. Cooking together we can self organize as a group as well .

For 17 years Jana has been researching and learning intensively in the areas of bodywork and consciousness, sexuality & spirituality, inspired and fascinated by the Tantric tradition and the knowledge of Taoism, Ayurveda and the current knowledge about body and trauma.
With much love and dedication she shares her knowledge of the art of touch in sessions and seminars and creates mindful meeting and research spaces.
A mere caressing awakens our entire sensory organism and nourishes our deep need for closeness and security. Through careful touch we carefully recapture our body and listen to its wisdom. More sensitive and touchable we open ourselves to the experience of the world and overcome isolation and cut-offness step by step. Carried by the intuition that salvation & oneness is possible.
