Dear fellow souls,

for me, life is about love. When I do things in my life, I do them with love, with an open and soft heart. Space, attention and time are for me love. Throughout my whole life I am a giver of loving touch, and as we are all energy, our body is a channel for energy too - so, touch offers an amazing opportunity to give space, attention and time to another soul. During our life on Earth our body is part of our soul, and being touched with love helps us in re-connecting with our true selves. In this world we face the challenges of ego, internal and external judgement and all kind of distractions. So, I'm happy you're here to give yourself the gift of receiving a massage, this is great self-care and I welcome you as a perfect wonderful being with everything you're carrying inside of you right now. You are invited to be yourself in an authentic way. What would you usually not express due to worrying about being judged? Which things in your life would you choose to discontinue if nobody was there to see? During the session you can feel free to honestly and authentically express yourself, with sound, breath and movement helping you to fully relax and let go of any resistance. You are welcome in my hands, and you can welcome yourself to experience an inner calmness as you are right now. I'm looking forward to holding a space in which boundaries are fully respected, and emotions and feelings welcome to arise and be felt, as well as being let go of again.
